Elden Ring Review for newcomers

Elden Ring is not a simple game by any means. It is an open-world game in which you must travel the countries while completing quests and missions.

Elden Ring is a one-of-a-kind experience that comes along only once in a lifetime. The moment you push open the double doors gazing out into Limgrave's opening area and begin exploring the enormous open universe at your feet, you can feel it. Incredibly, FromSoftware has adapted its expansive but linear levels of the past to suit open-ended exploration and discovery. Elden Ring already has the most of the Game of the Year accolades locked up if it weren't for a few too many disappointments behind the hood.

However, FromSoftware may be extremely proud of its accomplishments here, as it successfully adapts the Dark Souls formula to an open world scenario. If you're looking for a challenge, you may now get it from practically anywhere on the expansive continent of The Lands Between, thanks to the Japanese developer. When you get out of the starting gate, a surprising amount of the world is at your disposal, providing for a wide range of options.
